Abydos Dendera Luxor trip on Day 1

We depart from your Makadi Bay hotel early in the morning for the first stop on our Abydos-Dendera-Luxor – Makadi Bay tour.

Abydos Temple – Seti I Temple

It was built on the procession route from Luxor’s Karnak Temple to Deir el Bahri at its construction.

Dendera Zodiac – Dendera Temple

The goddess Hathor’s temple, Dendera Temple, is one of Egypt’s best-preserving temples.

It is located about 55 kilometers east of Qena, near the so-called Qena Arch in Upper Egypt.

The white chapel is the earliest tower in the Temple Complex, followed by Queen Hatshepsut’s red chapel and Thutmose’s alabaster chapel.

The temple of Ramses III can also be found among several other temples.
