At Sempre Travel Egypt we aim to establish unforgettable memories for our guests from all around the world. We take extra special care of the personal data which you provide us with. We want you to feel secure in the fact that your data is safe with us and understand how we use it to provide you with an unrivalled service.

Personal data collected by us

When joining one of our tours or transfers, information we may request include but are not limited to:

• Full name, email address, phone number, address in destination for all members on the same booking. We ask that the lead passenger on all tours and transfer ensures all members on their booking are aware of how their data may be used.
• Should your tour include domestic flights or accommodation, we will also request passenger information and passport details.
• Related medical information including dietary requirements, special or disability requests
• All debit/credit card details will NOT be saved, shared, rented, leased or sold to third parties.  

Sharing personal data with authorities

To ensure we abide by all rules and regulations put in place by Egyptian Authorities, it may be that we need to share your provided personal data for the purpose of border control when travelling to various cities, travel permission and security purposes. If your data is requested for another other reason deemed appropriate by authorities, we are obliged to provide this. We will only provide personal data which is where necessary in accordance to local law. 

Keeping hold of your data       

We will keep hold of your data for as long as it is required for the purposes explained in this privacy policy. Following this period, we will erase all personal data securely.

Cookies enable our website to store and collect a range of data on your desired device. They aid us in improving our usability and functionality to improve our service and guest experience. 

Social media 

We use various social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Youtube to communicate with our clients. These platforms have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions. We advise that you read these with great care before sharing any personal data. Sempre Travel Egypt do not accept any liability or responsibility for the use of other platforms. 

What rights you have over your data

At any given time, you can request to receive a file containing all personal data we have about you. You may also ask that we delete any personal data you have provided us with, however this does not include data which we are obligated to keep hold of for legal, security or administrative purposes.

Changes to our Policy

As of February 2021 the above stated privacy policy replaces all prior versions. We are at liberty to change our privacy policy at any given time, so we kindly ask that you check for updates regularly.
