It makes a difference whether you know the Cheops pyramid, the largest of the three, the Chephren Pyramid, the middle and the small Pyramid of Menkaure from picture and television or stand at the foot of one of the 7 wonders of the ancient world.
You are welcome to talk to our experienced Egyptologist about the construction of the pyramids. He will also explain to you (and this is a little secret) that the 3 Pyramids of Giza are not the oldest in Egypt. The predecessors in Saqqara were already built around 4,000 years before the Cairo Pyramids.

Valley Temple Egypt
The Valley Temple Egypt, also known as Giza Valley Temple, is located at the foot of the Chephren Pyramid not far from the Great Sphinx of Giza. With a short walk, you will reach the pillars of the unfinished Giza Valley Temple, the last stop of our visit to the Giza Plateau.

Egyptian Museum: Let our Egyptologist convince you that a museum visit to the Cairo Museum is anything but boring! In a small group, we take you to the Egyptian Museum, where the tall monumental statues at the inside, already awaiting you. Don’t miss one of the highlights, the golden mask and the grave goods of the child King Tutankhamun.
You will be surprised by the filigree art of goldsmithing. The artists created some true masterpieces with the tools available at the time of the Pharaohs of Egypt.
Another highlight are the countless mummies of various Pharaohs of Egypt that show the impressive art of mummification. The mummies are in a separate room in the Cairo Museum and here protected from possible temperature fluctuations. The mummies reflect the presence of true masters in their working field thousands and thousands of years ago.
In the Egyptian Museum, you will have enough time to inspect the interesting artefacts. It would take days to see the complete collection, but we are sure that this won’t be your last visit to one of the most famous museums worldwide.
