We aim to tell you as much as possible about our tours and transfers prior to your confirmation booking. We ask that you take the time to thoroughly read through all details provided on our website. If at any point, something is unclear or you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We kindly ask that all participants of our tours and transfers, adhere to the below:
- Double check all provided details before confirming booking
- Keep us updated on any change of circumstance or changes that may occur to your booking (i.e participant name change)
- Abide by all terms, conditions and restrictions, that the Excursion provider may apply,including but not limited age, weight and/or height, health, level of fitness, or otherwise;
- Read the tour and transfer details carefully in case any previous experience, requirements and/or ability levels are necessary;
- Some tours may require a certain level of risk, therefore it is your responsibility to check the tour is suitable for you and/or your party;
- Any person under the age of 18 years old at the time of the tour, must be accompanied by an adult.
- Depending on selected tour or transfer, kindly be informed that group sizes may vary in participants.
All prices are correct on the date published on the sempretravelegypt.com website, but we reserve the right to change any of those prices at our discretion. To guarantee the price displayed, we advise booking your chosen tour or transfer when you see it.
The cost of the tour or transfer you select includes:
- All services specified on the booking confirmation email
The cost of the tour or transfer you select excludes:
- Any services that are not specified in the booking confirmation email.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Travel packages cancelation policy:
50% Refund for cancellations upto 2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date.
25% Refund for cancellation upto 1 week before your scheduled arrival date.
0% Refund for cancellations less than 24 Hours before your scheduled arrival Date.
This policy applies to all tours except those Including Hotels, Flight, or Train Tickets.
For cancellations over Christmas, New Year, and Easter holidays, 100% of the package price will be charged.
Cancellation fees for all domestic flights within Egypt.
If you cancel a package at any time, you will be subject to any fees according to the airlines or hotel cancellation policy.
Refunds will be made through the original method of payment only.
2. Daily tours:
100% refund for cancellations upto 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
3. Transportation and taxi:
100% refund for cancellations upto 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Unfortunately, there are certain circumstances and events which arise that are out of our control. These events are known as a Force Majeure. In the case of such events, decisions made and implemented are unavoidable due to unforeseen circumstances. Potential events may include;
- Global Pandemics
- Acts of war or threats of such nature
- Terrorist act or threats of such nature
- Political disturbances
- Technical malfunction
- Government intervention
- Extreme weather conditions
- Natural disaster
In the event of a force majeure, we will do all that we can to offer you support and assistance in unfortunate circumstances.

Accommodation prices are based on two people sharing a twin room. Rooms for single travelers are available with an additional supplement. Hotels and lodges may be named as an indication of quality, however rooms may be reserved at an establishment of similar rating. Prices published are inclusive of other costs and tariffs at the time of publishing and are subject to change without notice.
The average price of flights in quoted by us with approximate times of departure and arrival. Should you make a request for a specific flight or time different from any previously booked reservations, this may incur an extra change at you expense.
Sempre Travel Egypt functions as an agent regarding the travel of its clients. Whether the mode of transportation includes but is not limited to, by road, aircraft, boat or rail road, Sempre Travel Egypt are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, illness, delay or accident. This also includes any incidents resulting from irregularities due to Global Pandemics, Acts of war or threats of such nature, Terrorist act or threats of such nature, Political disturbances, Technical malfunction, Government intervention, Extreme weather conditions, Natural disaster. Any additional costs or charges will not be accepted by Sempre Travel Egypt and no liability is assumed.
Should you have any special requests regarding tours and transfers provided by Sempre Travel Egypt, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to grant all requests, but kindly note that requests are not guaranteed. Sempre Travel Egypt are not obliged under the Terms and Conditions of your contract to carry out special requests.Should you receive receipt of your special request, this is due to Sempre Travel Egypt passing this on to relevant suppliers, this does not mean the request if guaranteed. Should you request not be fulfilled, you may not be notified of this prior to the date of your tour or transfer.
Tipping is a customary expression of satisfaction and/or gratitude. Kindly note that you are not obligated to tip on any of our tours and transfers. There is no guidance on the amount of which to tip but should you wish to do so, it will be greatly appreciated by the individual.
If at any point during your tour and transfer you would like to raise a complaint, we ask that you communicate this to our Sempre Travel Egypt representative present with you at the time. We ask that any issues are brought to our attention immediately, in order for us to try and resolve them swiftly, causing you the least disturbance possible. Should the problem persist or you are not satisfied with the suggested resolution, you can contact us using the above stated email address and telephone number. We aim to avoid any dis-satisfaction on our tours and transfer but if and when circumstances arise, we assure you that we will do all we can to rectify it.
The Terms and Conditions put in place by Sempre Travel Egypt is an agreement between the client and the company. The completion of the booking process including payment and confirmation, indicates that both parties are in complete agreement to the Terms and Conditions and will abide by them.
