Tour Program

Mahmya Island snorkeling, our day trip starts with the pick-up from your accommodation in El Gouna at the agreed time. Our Sempre Travel Egypt employee will accompany you to the boat dock, where the friendly boat crew will be awaiting you. After brief safety information about behaviour onboard and in the water we start our 

Red Sea boat trip 


On the way, you can relax on the sun deck or conquer one of the shady spots on the boat for yourself. Our Mahmya Island snorkeling is one of your first snorkeling trips? Don’t worry! Our snorkel guide will help you with a briefing during the boat tour to the snorkeling site and will be happy to accompany you into the water while snorkeling if you wish. In the meantime, our experienced captain is heading for a beautiful coral reef. Your  

Stop at one impressive snorkeling spot 


Red Sea, known worldwide for the best snorkeling spots offers the opportunity to go snorkeling on the coral reef with its variety of different colorful sea creatures. At the snorkel spot, you will have plenty of time to explore the coral reef and its inhabitants before going back on board.

After a relaxed lunch, the second half of our tour begins:

Mahmya Island offers sun seekers the opportunity to sunbathe on the beach, relax in the shade or stroll on the extensive beach. Of course, you can also swim a bit or snorkel close to the shore. Mahmya Island is part of Giftun Island, which consists of different parts. The island scenery with its beautiful beach and crystal clear water is perfect for some nice holiday photos.  

After a relaxing time on Mahmya Island, we set off for our return to the boat dock. Don’t forget to keep your eyes on the sea. It is not uncommon for curious animals like the dolphin to accompany the boats. The crew is also looking for them, let’s see who will spot them first!  

After arriving at the Hurghada jetty, our representative will be waiting for you to bring you back to your El Gouna hotels.

To secure the booking, a 25 % deposit of the travel price is due, this can be done online by credit card, Visa and Master or bank transfer.    

The remaining amount of 75 % must be paid before the start of the excursion on the day of travel and can be paid with credit card or cash.   

The booking of your trip is considered complete and confirmed by your tour operator as soon as we have received the 25 % deposit.  

Children's prices: 


Children from 0 - 2 years free of charge (except for flight excursions)   

Children from 3 to 11 years of age receive a 50 % discount   

Children from 12 years old are considered an adult
